At Tabio, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
